The role will be based in Gurgaon and will join India SP&O team. The individual would be responsible for deploying, engaging and maintaining the “people programs” for the brand advocacy in the channel. The individual is also expected to conceptualise & implement projects that are required to tap growth & efficiency opportunities in the managed brand advocates in the channel. This position requires close collaboration across a variety of functions including Finance, Sales, Legal & Compliance. The Program Manager is also expected to interact both with internal partners in the country and region and also with external customers like the staffing agencies.

Description
– Conceptualise and develop initiatives to elevate advocacy service levels and support business growth ambitions while meeting all constraints – Drive WW brand advocacy programs in India – Project tracking & execution: Plan, track, and report all project. Detail key turning points/deadlines, dependencies, customers etc – Manage interactions with multiple external agencies to ensure smooth operations – Plan and complete community engagement activities at regular interval – Provides inputs to improve utilization of annual budgets – Systems updating: Multiple system checks and regular updations needs to happen to ensure all teams are viewing a consistent picture
