The `trusted mark` certification scheme has been launched for retailers & retail businesses spanning across all retail operations including hypermarkets, super markets, department stores, specialty stores, e-retailers & service providers, restaurants, jewelers, pharmacies, salons, spas, wellness centers, fecs and cineplexes.to fulfill our aggressive growth plans we are looking at expanding our team and we need the following person in our team:
Office location: okhla phase -ii, new delhi
Salary package will depend on the experience.
Required skills:
1-2 years of experience in retail/malls/ pmc/ ipc/ audit firm
Have managed sop, audit of customer experience, process, systems and practices.
Bachelors degree
Good communication for sales and bd
Knowledge of ms office and ppt
Role overview:
Managing report on excel, mail mergers, and managing basic marketing on social media, newsletters etc
Calling clients and fixing vc calls and appointments
