The Finance function is currently undergoing a transformation of its financial forecasting technology.
In support of this transformation, Johnson and Johnson Technology is seeking for an IT Lead Product analyst – Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) who will be part of the Anaplan Sustain organization. In this role, the Lead PA will collaborate with the Digital Finance Innovation and Technology (DFIT) organization, Technology Services, and our external partner to investigate and document system “bug fixes” that end users are encountering. You will also identify and guide the development and implementation of enhancement to improve the system performance and user experience. Next to that the role will require a tight collaboration with the project team to ensure that continuous improvements are in line with the EPM strategy and architecture guiding principles.
In this position, the candidate will work closely with the BPOs and DFIT Run team to write business-language user stories, partner with the development team to drive technical delivery of solutions, and support the testing cycles to deploy these enhancements.
The Product Analyst will be the main point of contact for the Anaplan planning models within the scope of responsibility assigned and will support the day-to-day operations inclusive of all data integrations for the relevant planning areas.
This position will be based in the ASPAC region. The person who assumes this role should have the desire to complete an Anaplan training curriculum and become a specialist in the Anaplan technology (Anaplan Master Planner).
Key Responsibilities:
Business Problem Understanding: works with the finance business partners to understand and translate business problems into value case & comprehensive sets of requirements for the planning solution spanning process, technology, data, governance, compliance & user experience supported by defined value realization key performance indicators
Internal Partnerships: Acts as the primary JJT collaborator with the business, alongside TPO, aligning on products development needs, for the EPM – Anaplan related products and platforms through the definition, management and clarification of user stories and use cases for complex requirements. Ensures all partners are clear on the roadmap activities, interdependencies & due dates.
We believe that current knowledge of industry and business process trends and ability to apply knowledge to existing business processes are critical to enable you to be successful. Furthermore, it is recommended that you have a knowledge of the enterprise architecture and development methodologies along with a broad understanding of the current capabilities and limitations of existing systems.
