Job Description :- Must have 6+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development experience- Expertise in Dynamics CRM customization and configuration. Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM- Experience of functional and technical aspects of Dynamics CRM solutions specifically of Project service Automation.- Experience providing support to deployed applications- Should be familiar with Problem management, incident management and RCA methodologies- In addition to PSA shall have Hands-on experience in D365 Customer Service and Field Service module and Omni-Channel integrations- Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, SQL Server,

SSIS or SSRS- Working experience on power platform – must have created model driven apps, flows and canvas apps.- Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in liaising with stakeholders independently.- Experience working on AMS project is a must.
