Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Front Line Manager role located in Pune. The Front Line Manager will be responsible for people management, operations management, communication, team management, and training. The Front Line Manager will also need to communicate with the sales hierarchy, motivate and retain the sales team and be responsible for administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Good people management and communication skills
- Strong operational management skills and understanding of sales processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and train team members
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines consistently
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-oriented role
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is must
