QUALIFICATION:
· Bachelor’ Degree in relevant field
EXPERIENCE:
· 3+ years of experience(healthcare industry preferred)
SKILLS:
· Thorough knowledge of organization, its operations and services it offers
· Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Good listening and understanding skills
· Logical thinker & Problem solver
· Outstanding data management, analytical and reporting skills
· Advanced computer skills including CRM tools & softwares

ROLES:
· Customer Experience leadership & decision making
· Department management & administration
· Customer Resource Management & Customer Service
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide all directions for the execution of activities of the Customer service department
· Manage daily ticket volume by ensuring calls are answered and queries addressed
· Provide 24/7 support to callers and clients
· Ensure the follow up on the potential enquiries and conversations
· Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
· Identify and implement the best CRM practices in the organization
· Co-ordinate with all service providers and partners
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
· Organize the site visit to the potential enquiries/positive clients
· Support the emergency and on call services for back end and logistics support
· Formulating and revising customer support policies and promote their implementation.
· Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
· Take the extra mile to engage customers
