Dentistry Billing consulting Looking for MIS Executive at Noida Full Time

Responsibilities:
1. Collect and enter data into databases, ensuring accurate records of valuable company information are maintained.
2. Candidate with essential data entry skills, including fast typing, attention to detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
3. Efficiently input customer and account data, adhering to stipulated time limits.
4. Validate, sort, and prioritize information for accurate preparation of source data for computerized entry.
5. Thoroughly review data for discrepancies or errors, rectifying any inconsistencies, and ensuring impeccable output.
6. Conduct research to obtain additional information for incomplete documents.

Apply advanced data program techniques and follow established procedures.
8. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
9. Respond to information queries and access relevant files.
10. Uphold data integrity and security policies in strict adherence.
11. Ensure proper use of office equipment and promptly address any malfunctions.
12. Supervise the development and maintenance of websites, prioritizing the protection of user data.
13. Maintain, manage, and update data repositories with precision.
14. Analyze existing operations, protocols, and processes, and develop improvement plans.
15. Perform data analysis to generate periodic reports.
16. Compile and distribute management reports accurately and punctually.
17. Prepare an Audit report.

Requirements:
– Proficiency in MS Office and data programs.
– Strong typing speed and accuracy.
– Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
– Attention to detail.
– Strong organizational skills,

with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
– Advanced Excel skills, including V-lookup, H-lookup, and Pivot Table.

– Preferred location Noida and Ghaziabad.

– Must be comfortable with Night and Overlap shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per month
