Role Summary: As a Business Development Manager at Mirats Insights, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities and building and expanding the presence of the company and its brands.
You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct detailed market research to identify new opportunities and insights. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for acquiring new business and expanding market share.
– Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet their business goals and objectives.
– Sales Target Achievement: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
– Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop customized pitches for new clients. Work closely with the client service team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
– Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends to adjust strategies as needed. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related area, preferably in the market research or audit industry.
– Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
– Strong business sense and industry expertise.
– Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
– Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
