Lead. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT
services to our clients in the insurance sector, with a specific emphasis on life and annuities, as well
as property and casualty/specialty lines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the delivery of IT services in the insurance
domain.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align delivery objectives with overall business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the insurance industry.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business needs and providing innovative
technology solutions.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, solution architects, and
technical experts.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive excellence in service
delivery.
Possess in-depth knowledge of life and annuities, as well as property and casualty/specialty
insurance products and processes.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting the
insurance landscape.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgetary goals are
met.
Implement best practices in project management and delivery methodologies.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring proactive measures are
in place.
Implement robust quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of
deliverables.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical
teams.
Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates, address
concerns, and gather feedback.
Qualifications
10+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within an IT services organization, with a
focus on insurance domain delivery.
Strong background in life and annuities, as well as property and casualty/specialty
insurance.
Demonstrated success in delivering large programs for Insurance customers in development
and support.
Adept in building and maintaining client relationships.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of insurance industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
