you will be collaborating with multiple teams to conceptualize and implement platform deliverables as a product. You will also partner with various governing bodies and product teams to enable high-performing teams on delivering competitive and innovative technology solutions.The Engineering Platforms team is responsible for major technology platforms (i.e. API, DSO, Low Code No Code) that spans across multiple domains, advocates for enterprise architecture maturity through pattern development and hardens reusable operational designs with a self-service Engineering operating model.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and design customized Power Apps solutions.Develop, customize, and implement software solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint to meet business needs.Configure and customize Power Apps/Power Automate to integrate seamlessly with diverse data sources, including cloud-based systems, databases,
and APIs.Proactively identify and troubleshoot Power Platform issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.Integrate Power Apps/Power Automate with various data sources (Microsoft and third-party applications) such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Jira and many more to streamline business processes.Develop and maintain documentation, including solution designs, user guides, and technical specifications.Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users, empowering them to utilize Power Apps effectively.Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features, updates, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on agreed timeline.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Power Apps solutions,
including error handling and performance optimization.Experience and Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.2+ years of experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop1+ years of experience in Power BI, Re-usable components and Component Libraries, Dataverse, Model-Driven apps and JSON.Proven experience in developing and customizing solutions using Power Apps, encompassing both canvas apps and model-driven apps.Proficiency in developing automation solutions using Power Automate and related Microsoft products, including SharePoint (preferred)Strong understanding of data modelling, relational databases,
and SQL.Experience working with Solutions for deployment as part of ALMAbility to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently.Customize user interfaces, apply branding, and enhance the overall user experience within Power Apps.Skills / Other Personal Attributes:Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience with CoPilot or AI Builder is a big plus.Knowledge of development using Agile methodologies is a plus.Knowledge on Atlassian tools (i.e. BitBucket, Pipelines, Jira, Confluence) is a plus.Preferred Skills and Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (Preferred)Microsoft Certified:
