Do you want to be a key part of a team focused on helping handmade product sellers and emerging brands build, launch and scale by leveraging the world-class retail expertise and infrastructure of amazon? we are looking for an experienced, self-directed candidate who can help make amazon karigar the partner of choice for this seller cohortSome of the areas you will work on entail business development, seller launch, brand building, selection and consumer insights, other privileges to help sellers showcase their exciting new products to millions of amazon customersYou will be responsible for developing and managing both internal and external relationships with the goal of growing the seller’s businessYou should be comfortable with balancing multiple priorities, developing and executing marketing plans, working with internal and external partners, as well as strategically analyzing data to inform decisions.
Role and responsibilities:
Understand products and services offered by amazon karigar and articulate its features and benefits to brands and stakeholders.
Business development – build and convey compelling value propositions to partners of all sizes.
Manage the seller relationship by championing the seller’s needs at amazonBuild strong communication channels at all levels of the seller’s organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan.
Manage and drive the growth of the seller’s business: build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the seller and amazonOwn the brands success and continuously engage with sellers and internal teams to ideate on new solutions for seller success
Own and manage integration of portfolio of sellers and help them become self-reliant through basic trainingFocus on brand development and exceeding sales goals of our brands
Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience
Analyze the business: conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the seller’s current business and future opportunitiesPublish recommendations and action plans based on dataWork with internal team to build weekly/monthly business reviews.
Drive the reviews with partner teams, peers, management on a regular basis.
Nurture and grow government partnerships
Discovery of strategic business opportunities for our brands through cross function collaboration with category teams, marketing teams etc.
Be accountable to meet business goals for their function and sellers.
Ensure removal of any roadblocks that hinder goal achievement with minimal supervision.
Proactively gather, analyze, and share data with management to influence business decisions.
Work with the team to identify and implements solutions and pilots to drive process efficiencies & business goals.
Manage key improvement initiatives and projects by partnering with internal teams
Exhibit & drive a culture of putting customer first with the team.
Capture the voice of customer and share customer pain points with the management team.
Experience working in a start-up environment with high ownership
Work experience in an account management position or similar roles.
Advanced computer literacy especially in microsoft office applications.
Experience in data analysis and sql, either professional experience or through your education.
