Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with our international clients. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.
Mandatory:
– Fluent in English Communication.
– Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.(Morning, Evening, Night)
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to international clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring their needs are addressed in a timely manner.
– Communicate effectively with clients in English, understanding their requirements, and providing accurate and relevant information.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
– Handle and resolve customer escalations, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to resolving problems to the customer’s satisfaction.
– Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate recommendations.
– Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
– Freshers can also apply only if they are fluent in english communication.
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
– Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in an international environment.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in additional languages will be considered a plus.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
– Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
– Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
– Knowledge of international cultures and business etiquette to effectively communicate and engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
