5+ years of progressive pega development experience with 3+ years hands-on experience in pega decisioning and pega marketing skills.
Experience in designing and implementing pega marketing and decisioning solutions on a large scale while applying best practices to the solution.
Articulate what customer decision hub, always-on marketing in a practical sense and how does it deliver the business vision and objectives.
Knowledge on various pega marketing & decisioning, prpc concepts and rule types like dataflows, datasets, strategies, offer flows, proposition, proposition filters, decision logic, adaptive models, activities, when rules, functions, data transforms, reporting, agents and ruleset management.
Completed training and certification in the pega decisioning (mandatory) and pega marketing space (preferred).
Csa and cssa certification is mandatory (pega 7/pega 8 preferred).
