Job Title: IT Corporate Training Sales Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Corporate Training Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, specifically within the IT corporate training industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
– Identify potential corporate clients in need of IT training programs.
– Generate leads through various channels including online research, networking, referrals, and industry events.
– Qualify leads based on their training requirements and budget.
2. Client Engagement:
– Engage with prospective clients to understand their training needs and challenges.
– Present our range of IT training solutions and tailor them to meet the client’s specific requirements.
– Effectively communicate the value proposition of our training programs.
3. Proposal Development:
– Prepare and present detailed training proposals that outline the program objectives, curriculum, delivery methods, and pricing.
– Collaborate with the training delivery team to ensure proposed solutions align with the client’s needs.
4. Negotiation and Closing:
– Skilfully negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a win-win solution for both the client and the company.
– Close deals and secure contracts for corporate training programs.
5. Relationship Management:
– Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
– Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the training engagement.
6. Market Insights:
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics related to IT corporate training.
– Provide insights and feedback to the management team for continuous improvement of our offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1. Experience:
– A minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on IT corporate training services.
– A track record of successful deal closures and meeting sales targets.
2. Industry Knowledge:
– Strong understanding of IT training programs, technologies, and industry trends.
– Familiarity with various training methodologies, including in-person, virtual,
and e-learning.
3. Communication Skills:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
4. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
5. Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
