Job Title – Sales Specialist
Experience:- 1-3 year
Salary:- 3-4 lpa
This is an opportunity to work directly with the CEO of the company and you have to work an end-to-end sales job. This will be a great learning experience for you and an immersive experience working directly with industry leaders.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
o Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and segments internationally.
o Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
o Utilize various channels such as email marketing, social media, online advertising, and networking to identify and engage prospects.
Prospecting and Qualification:
o Identify and research potential customers and decision-makers within target companies.
o Initiate contact with prospects through email out reach, and networking.
o Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, timeline, and fit with our services.
Relationship Building:
o Build and nurture strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and positioning our services as solutions.
o Maintain regular communication with leads throughout the sales cycle, providing relevant information and addressing inquiries.
o Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to the sales process.
Sales Conversion:
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales strategies and proposals for qualified leads.
o Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation activities, prospect interactions, and sales opportunities.
o Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and sales performance.
o Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in lead generation and sales processes.
Qualifications Required:
MANDATORY
· Any Graduate
· Understanding of lead generation techniques, sales strategies, and sales cycles.
· Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and results-oriented mind set.
· Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Fluency in English.
PREFERRED
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build rapport with prospects and customers.
· Anyone with B2B sales work experience is preferred.
Skills Required:
· Sales and Marketing Knowledge: A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including lead generation strategies, target audience segmentation, and effective communication techniques.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects, craft persuasive emails or messages, and conduct phone or in-person conversations to nurture leads.
· Continuous Learning: An eagerness to stay updated with the latest industry trends, sales techniques, and lead generation strategies, seeking opportunities for professional development through training, webinars, or workshops.
Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to identify challenges or roadblocks in the lead generation process and develop effective strategies to overcome them, adapting to changing market dynamics and client requirements.
