Job Description:
– Managing entire infrastructure management.
– Daily Routine work housekeeping handling and all office management.
– Daily banking work and fileing and all lighting work
– Processing the various bills like Telephone, courier, Printing, Travels, stationary, pest
– controls, canteen etc.
– Maintain courier inward & outward
– Arranging the vehicle for guest
– Hotel booking for the guest
– To check housekeeping daily routine work
– Drafting the Notice & inter office Memos.
– Canteen, transport, Guest, Housekeeping & security handling.
– Taking the Quotation from vender & Raise the Purchase requisition.
– Arrangement and inventory of all consumables and supplies
– Office space management
– Supervise support staff
– Responsible for the daily administrative activities
– Handling admin queries and complaints
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
