As a full stack software engineer, you’ll develop a platform from which we can impose higher costs on our customers adversariesYou’ll make sense of piles of data, turn it into information, and make it actionableYou’ll develop web applications that align with business objectivesYou’ll grow your skills, work with cutting edge technologies and introduce new tools and techniques to the team.

What you will do:

Work closely with a tight-knit team to develop world leading products
Design and develop dynamic experiences in an agile development environment
Design and implement elegant and scalable apis and application services
Evaluate and utilize cutting edge javascript frameworks
Rapidly prototype and refine applications based on user experience feedback
Increase the efficiency, scalability and reliability of back-end systems
Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, coding standards, libraries and frameworks to constantly challenge and improve the technology stack
Promote strict code testing and validation to ensure high-quality coding standards

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

Minimum of 7+ years of experience and ability to deliver fully-tested, production-ready code in ruby on rails and node.js, react, and javascript.
Working knowledge of designing, calling, and consuming restful web services
Experience in creating rich interfaces using html, javascript and css
Experience interacting with relational and nosql database systems
Experience with unit testing libraries such as rspec, jest, playwright
Experience with designing, developing and deploying web applications on aws

Desired qualifications:

Deep experience with cloud technologies like s3, dynamo, and lambda
Knowledge of queuing and messaging platforms like apache kafka and rabbitmq
Effectively communicate in both verbal and written contexts
Ability to constructively provide feedback on design and implementation
A passion for fighting bad-guys and keeping our customers safe from evil
