Responsibilities:

– Managing and organizing the email inbox, sorting and prioritizing incoming messages.
– Responding to routine emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
– Identifying urgent emails and bringing them to the attention for immediate action.
– Following up on pending matters and ensuring timely resolution.
– Setting up and managing email filters and rules for better inbox organization.
– Timely responses and maintain effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

– Excellent written communication skills

– Proficiency in email management tools and platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
– Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
