– Technical Support Executive // Customer Care Associate (Voice Process).

– Interaction with the USA based customer.

– Resolving routine problems with products like Wireless Routers, Broadband connection, Telecommunication issues, Smarthome Devices, Gps.

– Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and accuracy set by the team.

_Must have excellent communication skills in English language.
