Overview
As VP, Shared Service Center, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and performance of our Shared Service Center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to internal stakeholders of the consolidated support functions. The Shared Service Center includes functions in human resources, finance and accounting, information technology, proposals and marketing, business development support, supply chain, and other front and back-office services. The position is responsible for advising and implementing internal services and process improvement strategies in shared services with exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of optimizing processes and driving efficiency.
The Shared Service Center team will provide the flexibility to scale up or down as needed, utilizing a defined infrastructure to enable higher value service delivery.
