Job Responsibilities

• Work as an email administrator – adding, deleting, modifying, policies, migrating from 1 platform to another platform.
• Responsible for ensuring installation, configuration of systems, servers, and network issues in a heterogeneous environment.
• Provide initial response and manage problem resolution process for outages and problems.
• Support server, network, and desktop-based software and applications.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to employee’s desktop systems software & hardware.
• Initiate change control, deviations, and quality risk management documents.
• Manage computer system validation documentation.
• Prepare and review computer system validation.
• Implementation of ITSM tool in Pharma industries will all validation documentation management.
• Support new IT infrastructure – implement application, IT help desk, server management, system operators.

Desired Skills

• Experience of installation, configuration of systems, servers, and network.
• Understanding IT infrastructure system.
• Worked in ITIL framework.
• CSV Knowledge/experience mandatory
• Server/Desktop administration experience is preferred.
• Excellent IT knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work on diverse projects/areas.
