Job Description

• Responsible for digital transformation initiatives across the sales organization from Order to Cash
• Primary Custodian of MBB platform , while supporting cross functional team on other digital platforms
• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth and operational efficiency
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation to enhance customer experience, reduce costs and increase revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement digital solutions and platforms
• Develop business cases and project proposals to secure funding and support for digital transformation initiatives
• Manage digital transformation projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions by stakeholders
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives
• Provide guidance, training and support to team to enhance their digital skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, digital strategy development, and implementation
