– Basic Knowledge about the Windows Server and AD Platform.

– Perform all Wintel L2 activities

– Conduct system maintenance activities, usually on the server back end.

– Experience in supporting Windows server 20121618.

– Monitor performance to reduce interruptions and server crashes

– Experience about the Standard deployments OF MFP and SFP Printers based on the Applications

– Knowledge about the installation of new print driver, existing print driver installation in Server.

– Experience about the printers and Windows trouble shooting EUC.

– Know about the Printer mapping, Sharing based on process.

– Creation of Printer Port/ Print Queue/Install Driver in Windows server.

– Knowledge about the Print Functionality and enabling the features like Scan/Print/copy etc.

– Understand the usage of Printing and Imaging devices in order to optimize and implement various policies.

– Understand the Secure printing, Scan function/Copy, Policies, Delete printing, decommission

– process etc

– Knowledge about SMTP, IP configuration in printer, Print process how it should work.

– Should have excellent communication skills and be willing to learn new technologies.
