Require a candidates AGM for 10-15 years of Experience for Sense Projects Pvt. Ltd. Sector-4, Noida, UP. (Construction & Interior)
DGM – Projects – Construction/Residential/Commercial (12-15 yrs) Key Purpose : Responsible for supervision and management of the overall project execution as per the agreed design and cost parameters to monitor the costs at Site periodically and ensure they are within budget.
Responsible to ensure all resources for the project available as per Plan to meet deadlines and to ensure quality and safety standards maintained while achieving time and cost targets fixed for week and month for effective completion of project.
Also responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements at site.

– To ensure compliance with safety standards and requirements
– Optimum utilization of allocated resource
– Achieving the cost reduction targets set

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic :
– Project planning (MSP) and strategic discussions on the project
– Adhering to Plans & Cost Estimates
– Ensure sign off on final design brief that is in line with the objectives of the project
– Design coordination with all consultants to ensure the timely delivery of drawings
– To ensure that the work undertaken at Site is as per the plan.
– To provide inputs in reviewing plans & communicating the reviewed plans,
if any to all stakeholder
– Identify and implement possible innovative techniques during execution of the project
– Be the single point of the accountability for all issues related to the execution
– Close monitoring of the progress of the project trough regular review meetings.
Operational :
– Work execution at Site as per the programme
– To coordinate with local architects and contractors to ensure that detailed plans are made in line with the agreed Plan
– To ensure availability of materials, equipment etc that are to be provided at site and coordinate to ensure the same
– To supervise work at site to ensure that contractors are executing as per contract and to required quality and contract specifications and work completion is on schedule
– To provide technical guidance on site whenever & wherever required and resolving critical issues on site and be the single point of coordination with the Regional and HO as required
– To monitor the costs at Site periodically and ensure they are within budget.
– To ensure that there is a conducive and safe work environment at the site
– To manage and motivate staff at all levels to ensure that there is high morale and commitment at the site and productivity levels are maintained
– To ensure proper storage, record keeping and inventory of all materials at site
– To ensure adequate security is provided at site to minimize pilferage, etc
– To ensure all statutory compliances are kept up to date at site and other parties like contractors have also required statutory compliances
– To check and confirm that the quantification of work at site is done correctly by the quantity surveyor and reporting of work progress.
– To ensure that reporting to regional and HO on the project is timely and participate in all project review meetings
– To provide support to liaison in getting approvals
Vendors & Contractors :
– To assist where required in the selection of local vendors and contractors/sub contractors
– To prepare jointly with procurement the detailed scope of work/specifications
– To develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and contractors
Quality :
– To detail the Quality assurance Plan for Inspection, Testing & Acceptance of materials,
equipment and construction work at site in line with the corporate guidelines
– To ensure that all Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities are being carried out effectively and in a timely manner, so that the quality of material (cement, steel, etc)& equipment being used at the site is of high quality and reliable.
Environment Health and Safety:
Project Manager is having overall responsibility in implementing the MLDL Project EHS Plan in its entirety and he shall:-
– Identify the responsible persons as per the BOCW Act and regulations for all critical activities.
– Be responsible to promote safety and health consciousness among all workers at all times.
– Constantly monitor and will mobilize the resources required and shall provide all associated with a safe and healthy working environment.
– Understand the Policy, targets and objectives of the company and update all concerned.
– Get familiarized and comply with all Government and MLDL’s EHS procedures and practices.
– Ensure that adequate safe construction equipment, tools suitable for the work and recommended personal protective equipment required for employees are provided.
– Ensure the construction work is being executed in the safest manner based on planned work procedures in compliance with all applicable codes and standards
– Inspect and maintain the entire work area in safe and healthy condition.
– Ensure on site welfare facilities are adequate and labor camps are maintained hygienic and as per Government act and Regulations.
Internal & External Interaction
Internal : Design Head, Regional Finance, HR, Quality, Procurement & Contracts and other stakeholders
External : Consultants, Contactors, statutory authorities and vendors
Desired Profile :
Education : BE/B.Tech Civil / B.Arch and PG – PGDCM, M.Tech / M.Sc Construction Mgmt / Project Mgmt
Desired skills : Leadership Skills, Easily approachable, Maturity in handling or resolving complaints from the team members, Interpersonal skills, Provide sense of comfort to all the subordinates
Experience : 18 – 20 Years
