Job Title : Senior SOA/BPM Developer

Job Summary :

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Business Process Management (BPM) Developer, where you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our enterprise-level software solutions. Bring your expertise in SOA and BPM technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in our business processes.

Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust SOA solutions to meet the organization’s business needs.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and define business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation using BPM tools.

Lead the development and integration of BPM workflows, ensuring seamless communication between disparate systems.

4. Customize and configure SOA and BPM platforms to align with business requirements, optimizing performance and resource utilization.

5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of SOA and BPM solutions to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery.

6. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.

7. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to SOA, BPM, and integration tools, incorporating best practices into development processes.

8. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine system requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.

9. Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SOA and BPM development.

3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or similar.

4. Extensive experience with SOA technologies (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, MuleSoft) and BPM tools (e.g., IBM BPM, Appian).

5. Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, web services, and API development.

6. Proven track record of successful implementation and optimization of BPM workflows.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

8. Solid understanding of database design and SQL.

9. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
