Position summary
Sales enablement operations manager is an individual contributorThis is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the u.sThe sales enablement operations manager will play an intricate role within the global sales enablement organization, reporting to the vp of global enablementIn this enablement role team member, there is an emphasis on operations; data analytics/reporting and supporting/training on the tools within the technology stackExcellent at evaluating and managing tools that allow sales reps to work smarter and improve performanceManage analytical application systems within the department to drive impact and efficacy analyses and will directly interface with internal stakeholders and vendorsFacilitate operational aspects of all enablement initiatives in collaboration with our learning & development pillar.
Essential duties and responsibilities

System administration & maintenance duties of key enablement tools, like highspot, mindtickle, linkedin and clari
Provide data, metrics, and analysis on sales and sales enablement operations
Add insights to analytics to frame business and operational issues for executive decision-makers
Deliver in-depth training sessions on various tools and technologies
Develops automated and semi-automated processes to create dashboards; and design custom visualizations to support the enablement team
Manage and innovative technologies, tools, and techniques for further implementation into rimini street while establishing vendor relationships
Performs project design and management for sales enablement projects, understanding how to engage multiple business units: it, marketing, sales, sales operations, legal, finance, etc.

Qualifications/skills/experience: location

Remote – anywhere in u.s, travel may be up to 10% of the time attending sales kick-off or group meetings.

Education

Bachelor`s degree in statistics, data analytics/data science, mathematics, economics, business, computer science, or related discipline

Experience

2+ years administration of mindtickle
2+ years of experience utilizing salesforce crm for reporting
2+ years of experience working in an analytical position focused on analytics, measurement, performance analysis, of sales enablement metrics
Proven track record delivering training on various sales enablement technologies
Hands-on experience with linkedin sales nav, clari, highspot, salesloft, zoominfo, qlik
Possesses significant experience, knowledge, and understanding of supporting multiple business units and or processes cross-organizationally
Nice to have – experience working with api’s

Extremely detail-oriented, organized, with strong follow-up skills and coordination among multiple interested parties
Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems while handling multiple critical priorities
Strong analytical skills and judgment to use numbers/analysis to address complex business issues
Ability to develop analytical approaches, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniques to answer high-level stakeholder inquiries and develop insightful recommendations
