Job description
We are looking for a candidate having good exposure, skill, and caliber to manage our eCommerce Department. He/She will be responsible for Handling Seller Accounts at leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Myntra, Jiomart, Meesho, eBay, Walmart, etc. Responsible for conducting, operating, and increasing the business/ Sales on various e-commerce sites through a comprehensive sales plan & achieve targets· Coordinate with Account managers of various e-commerce websites like Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon & others by ensuring healthy relationships with these partners to drive repeat business ·
Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate is expected to perform the following functions :
Handling Seller Accounts at leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Jiomart, Meesho, eBay, etc.
Effective Cataloguing at all marketplaces
Monitoring Promotional activities
Interpret/Analysing all types of reports from portals and taking required decisions.
Handling Damage claim management.
Doing strategic planning to boost sales.
Create and Manage Campaigns, Run Discount schemes.
Liaise with other departments to manage the supply chain.
Order processing, Dispatching, Returns, Claim Handling, etc.
Monitor and handle buyer messages, Negative feedback, Claims, and overall account health.
Knowledge of A+ EBC Listing and designing storefront design.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce and should have strong technical knowledge of Digital Marketing on all popular portals.
