Insides sales manager

Reporting to the srDirector of inside sales, the inside sales manager is responsible for leading a team of inside sales representatives that work both directly with end-users and alongside our channel partnersThe team will be focused on both new business as we expand our market coverage, and on expanding within new departments in existing customers.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
Lead a team of inside sales representatives (isrs) to over-achieve a revenue quota.
Provide 1:1 coaching with the isrs to create a high-performance sales organization among best in class for the industry.
Coach the isrs to set goals, plan activities, and achieve “operational excellence” with respect to the use of salesforce crm.
Conduct weekly 1:1 forecast and pipeline reviews to ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage.
Conduct regular team meetings to share new information, best practices and provide ongoing training.
Develop strategy of market penetration, working closely with field marketing, the srDirector of inside sales and partners.
Exercise stewardship of qlik’s prospect and customer database and build relationships with executive sponsors in our client and partner base.
Build regular cadence with internal resources such as partner managers, solutions architect managers, renewals managers, and other stakeholders to set expectations and identify and close new opportunities.
Identify areas of operational improvement across various stakeholder teams to help strengthen our execution strategy.
Coordinate deal reviews with isrs and sales leadership for strategic opportunities.
Provide executive sponsorship on strategic opportunities to review pricing proposals with customer decision makers.
Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new isrs for open territories.

Competencies and skills:
Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills
Independent working and decision-making skills
High energy, results-oriented, self-motivated/self-reliant, team player
Ability to mentor team members through an end-to-end sale
Strong business acumen
Accurate forecasting skills
Ability to successfully influence team members, peers, and senior leadership
Experience working within a corporate structure with multiple stakeholders
Experience working within a partner ecosystem is a plus
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant leadership experiences in solution selling, b2b, software/technology companies
Technical, commercial, and industry/product/functional expertise
Familiar with sales technologies such as salesforce crm, salesloft, 6sense, etc.
Track record of building and driving consistent, high performing sales organizations
Track record of consistent quota attainment and carrying/managing complex sales cycles over the phone
Experience with customer centric selling or solution selling
Mobility – up to 10% travel time requiredLocation/mobility
