Position summary:
As a director, client solutions partner, you will lead a cross-functional team that primarily supports one of the largest u.sFinancial institutionsThe ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to multiple consumer-facing business lines and will build long-term relationships with key client stakeholdersYou will also need to anticipate your clients’ needs, understand what drives their success, challenge them to think differently, and in partnership with pace’s creative and strategy counterparts, provide highly valued business insights that help them to win, serve, and retain customers.
This position will provide strategic direction and operational leadership, serving as the liaison between pace’s clients and our internal groups (including creative, strategy, and interactive), to set expectations on overall program strategy, deliverables, and key performance indicatorsIn addition, this position will function as a leader within a pace portfolio, supporting management of p&ls, revenue projections, monthly billings, and the identification of new opportunities for business growth.

Essential functions:
Responsibilities
Identify key business leaders and build and maintain long-term relationships with vp- and c-suite-level influencers and business unit leaders.
Learn the clients’ full business goals and objectives, competitive landscape, target audience and internal dynamics.
Collaborate with senior leadership, peers, and client team on creation of an account level marketing/development plan to achieve client’s goals and objectives.
Partner with internal team members and strategically identify innovative, unforeseen solutions to their business problems for client stakeholders.
Drive team collaboration to identify new opportunities for business growth and to solve pertinent issues related to the account
Motivate and mentor team members to continually elevate thinking, strive to provide exceptional quality and service of work
Provide strategic guidance for multi-discipline working teams in the prioritization and execution of client work
Monitor the overall process, note areas for improvement, solutions to implement and plans for executing collaboratively.
Ensure delivery of financial goals, appropriately resourcing against projects, providing accurate financial projections, and identifying opportunities for organic program growth
Qualifications:
Demonstrated abilities to strategically sell to and build relationships with senior-level executives (vp and above), such as cmos, cios, ctos, and cdos
A proven history of strategic account planning and management and growing key accounts.

Ability to model strong leadership skills; empowering others to be their best

Exceptional written and verbal communication
Strong project management and time management skills
High attention to detail and drive to deliver the best
Relevant, transferable industry experience, especially in financial services industry.

The ability to travel occasionally to attend in-person client meetings
Job qualifications:
Education:
Ba in marketing, communications or other related field – relevant advanced degree is a bonus.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing account servicesFinancial industry experience a plus.
