Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets. This will include coverage of the complete assigned area which is dedicated to you. Your key skills lie in understanding the customer needs, identify the solutions, and provide consultation which fulfil their requirements in best possible manner.
You will be focused on building relationships with the principal/Kirloskar’s ground team, dealers and key customers to ensure that their needs are met and make sure the customer delight to be achieved.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Responsible for achieving their weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets,
– Prepare a daily report on the enquiries, generated leads, and sales pipeline.
– Responsible for coordinating with manufacturing team for order processing.
– Ensure all the requirements delivered to manufacturing team in a timely manner to avoid any delays in delivery of products.
– Responsible for complete trading business for Motors sales.
– Handling customer queries, complaints, service related issues/queries with the team (if needed) and provide the best possible solutions in a timely manner.
– Build effective relationships with key customers, Kirloskar Dealer’s network in order to comprehend purchasing patterns.
– Ensure appointment of distributors, direct dealers, and retailers in the assigned territory as per the business plan.
– Conduct negotiations according to company guidelines, including payment terms. Coordinate with accounts team for all billing and payments processes.
– Maintains and strengthens customer relationships to generate future sales and repeat business and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Competencies:
– 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing
– Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical engineering or Diploma in mechanical engineering.
– We are looking for someone who is a multi-tasker and go-getter with high energy and enthusiasm who can juggle managing their tasks as per deadlines.
– Should have relationship management and planning skills with action oriented personality.
– Strong Negotiation & Analytical Skills
– Excellent at interpersonal skills with honesty and integrity towards organization.
