What you’ll achieve
As a Supervisor for Quality Audit team member, you will be holding a key position in the QA team members to perform inconsistency with set standards. Your people management style will impact your team and business as a whole. Your management style will enable your team members and influence sales reps to give our customers a great buying experience.
You will have the following skills
- Develop talent within the team and build consensus within the team to raise performance standards.
- Publish insightful performance reports and network to grow business.
- responsible to develop solutions that are thorough, practical, and consistent with functional or customer experience.
- Manage team conflicts and develop an encouraging atmosphere and bridge the gap between team performance and ways to increase performance numbers.
- Keep stakeholders engaged with business performance, both existing and future.
