Smart & Efficient Finance & Accounts Manager required for a chemical company at Jaipur (Rajasthan, India).
Experience required: at least 5 years.

CA Inter/ CWA Inter, M. Com, B.Com, MBA (Finance ), Advance Excel
Responsibilities and Duties
– Accounts and financial management
– Coordinate the annual audit of the Company with external auditors, set and prioritize goals and objectives for direct reports and themselves
– Provide monthly and quarterly reporting as required by the bank, ensuring covenants are met
– Responsible for the annual budget process, providing monthly reviews, and implementing Business plans and other programs.
– Provide analysis of cash flow,
operating costs and variances
– Liaise with legal representation on corporate issues.
– Review of legal contracts as requested
– Review standard costs, including appropriate overhead allocations
– Acts as a liaison with the bank for all deposit corrections audits in compliance with procedures.
– Establish and maintain a relationship with banks, EDC.
– Ensure adequate insurance coverage is in place, thereby minimizing risks
– Provide monthly information and analysis for Management Team
– Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision-making process and ensure the success of the corporation.
– To provide a leadership role in all aspects of the company’s financial operations and to manage Treasury functions.
– Examine inventory to verify journal & ledger entries.
– Preparation of Daily Report & MIS reports.
– Updating all purchase entries including direct imports and locally purchased goods.
– Preparing inputs for the monthly/quarterly/annual submissions for Group Reporting.
– Physical Stock verification.
– Bank reconciliations, control accounts, and intercompany ledger to be reviewed on a daily basis.
– Preparation of MIS/report for submits to various levels of our organization as and when required.
– Any other job-role, which may be required by senior accountant like filing excise and vat returns, filing of documents, payment of duties.
– Preparation, Consolidation, and Reporting of monthly financial results to the management within the agreed timelines.
– Consolidation of Budget/ Business plan and forecasts.
– Assisting seniors with the takeover/handover of secretarial records of the company.
