Who We are:

We are a trusted Digital Engineering partner, with deep technical expertise and industry experience to create unique offerings to our clients.

We are looking for Marketing Associates, who has capablity for lead generation with Online Platforms , having good communication and email writing skills.

Responsibilities :

– Gain an understanding of customers’ diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them

– Responsible for conducting detailed market research to find the ideal prospects and new market opportunities

– Create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings

– Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.

– Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology.

– Create a sales pipeline

– Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases, Increase sales of the business

You’ll need to have :

– Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.

– an excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates.

– Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.

– written and verbal communication skills – needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.

– IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets.

– Team working skills and a collaborative approach to work.

– Ability to multitask and prioritize your workload.

– Project management and organizational skills.

– Negotiating skills, Logical, Problem solving skills

Qualifications

– MBA / BBA / B.Tech IT/ B.Tech CE/ BSC.IT/ BSC.IT / MSC.IT/ BCA / MCA experience.

– 0-3 years experience apply.

Salary band – INR 1 to 4 LPA (fixed) + Bonus (depending on targets met)
