About the role
Our team is looking for a senior pm leader to deliver best-in-class video experiences across microsoft 365We need an experienced pm manager to help us define and deliver a new strategy that considers customer needs, business opportunity, and the e+d-wide `modern video` strategyThis role will have a mix of long-term initiative ownership as well as responsibility to organize, collaborate, and drive investments within our tight-knit, highly-collaborative team of pms, designers, engineers, data analysts, and researchersYou`ll need to build tight partnerships with teams across office and onedrive/sharepoint, and you`ll have impact and exposure at all levels of our organizationYour role will be to manage a team of pms that drive video experiences and partner with the engineering teams and partners responsible for building the end-to-end experience to life.

Partner closely with peers and leaders in omg and across e+d to define and communicate a multi-year strategy and iterative release plan
Creates and builds a strategic agenda for teams to identify customers’ unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities.
Deeply understand customers and competitors, and use that knowledge to define solutions that solve real problems and create real delightBuild a culture of customer obsession.
Drives and coaches teams to develop problem statements and form hypotheses of new feature(s)/feature areas.
Creates clarity for team by communicating the business priorities and vision and helping them incorporate that into their plans.
Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
Understands the broader ecosystem of microsoft products and where to leverage capabilities and functionalities across the ecosystem.

Demonstrated commitment to identifying and solving problems for your team and customers
10+ years experience as a program manager, product manager, or related experience
4+ years experience managing people
