Key Responsibilities:
· Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
· Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates
· Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and reviewing resumes
· Handling administrative tasks related to on-boarding new hires and off-boarding employees
· Providing support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
· Assisting in the coordination of training and development programs for employees
· Handling employee inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
· Conducting research and preparing reports on HR-related topics
· Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
· Performing other HR administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
· 2+ years of experience in administration or related field
· Knowledge of admin processes, procedures, and employment laws
· Strong organizational and administrative skills
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Attention to detail and accuracy
