– Planning Product Launch and orders

– Responding to customer web inquiries regarding online orders through English Text communication

– Assisting client with product selection

– Answering basic question and suggests various products options that are available

– Monitoring Order Packaging and Dispatching data

– Ensuring customer satisfaction on all delivered orders
