Job Requirement
– Should have 3 to 7 years of experience in UK/Europe payroll processing
– Postgraduate degree in Human Resources/equivalent
– Strong communication skills, liaise with Finance team and internal stakeholders
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
– Proficient with Microsoft Office, strong in Excel
– Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability.
– Action-oriented and results-driven.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Support Global Payroll team to ensure an awesome Global Payment experience.
– Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders directly or indirectly for accurate payroll processing.
– Accurate and timely processing of UK and Europe Countries payroll inputs based on receipt of the inputs- like leaves, overtime, shift allowances, salary revision, variable payouts (from internal/ external stakeholders)
– Partner with our Payroll Vendors in Multiple countries to ensure Payroll is processed accurately and according to country specific Laws and regulations
– Research on employee issues and process corrections meeting current company standards.
– Extensive knowledge of Payroll function including preparation of payroll inputs, validation of finalized payroll and payslips.
– Periodic Analysis of the payroll cost, salary payments, statutory payments. Sharing the salary and statutory payment advices with finance team for processing payments.
– Should have knowledge regarding the statutory regulations of the UK and other Europe countries. Familiar with ADP Platform is desirable.
– Ensure payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with Statutory requirements and support internal and external audit.
– Preparation of Dashboards relating to salary cost, Head count etc. variance analysis and publish the same to Sr. Management periodically or as and when required.
– Support Year end payroll process, payroll projects and new country implementation.
