Position summary
This position plays an important role in the accelerated growth of our saas modules with our existing client baseWith support from the global head of sales and nasa gm, an energetic and outgoing personality combined with strong organizational skills will see you bring extra value to our existing customers through new products and additional recurring revenue to embedYou will be responsible for contacting existing customers, developing rapport, and demonstrating the value our saas solutions can provideYou will also be responsible for assisting the external sales team and account managers in opportunities to close saas agreements.
Key responsibilities
Contacting / cold calling our existing customer base and generating opportunities from scratch.
Conducting sales presentations/product demonstrations to show features, functionality, and value.
Build sound knowledge and ability to provide technical demonstrations and/or training to prospective customers as needed.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and implementation for best possible customer satisfaction.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel within existing customer accounts.
Managing client relationships through all stages of the sales cycle including post-sale
Use crm (salesforce.com) to record customer communications, activities, and opportunities.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure inbound customer communication is channeled into our business appropriately and is then handled in a timely manner.
Assist in marketing activities such as regional campaigns or specific product awareness drives.
Maintain a strong understanding of our clients and the industry to see how needs and trends are changing and feedback to key internal stakeholders.
Support external sales team or account management to secure client business.
Required skills and experience:
Ability to call a client and reach decision-makers, lead qualification, and closing skills are a must.
Experience as an account manager with a history of building client relationships.
Experience selling saas or subscription-based software would be highly regarded.
Exposure to the amusement industry would be fantastic but is not absolutely necessary.
Experience in solution-type sales.
Experience with crm (salesforce.com preferred) software and account management systems.
Proficient in ms office with a particular focus on excel and powerpoint.
Client-focused attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Some technical understanding of computing, point of sale, and hospitality systems would be ideal.
Ability to take a range of tasks and prioritize based on time, customer need, and business need.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel nationally and internationally
