To know more about us visit, https://growelgroup.com/about-us/ Job Overview: As an Ecommerce Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive online sales and brand growth. This role involves managing relationships with key marketplace partners, optimizing product listings, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will play a pivotal role in managing our brand’s online presence, optimizing the user experience, and increasing customer engagement. Marketplace Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketplace strategy to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and expand our presence on leading e-commerce & quick-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto,

Instamart etc.). Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners, negotiate terms and agreements, and ensure compliance with platform policies. Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings, including compelling product descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing. Monitor product performance and make adjustments as needed. Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory levels with marketplace demands to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Implement inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies. Customer Experience: Ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues,

and providing exceptional customer service in collaboration with customer support teams. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns in close co-ordination with Marketing & Sales team specific to each marketplace, including sponsored product campaigns, discounts, and promotions. Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors’ activities on marketplaces. Identify opportunities and threats to adjust the marketplace strategy accordingly. Data Analytics: Utilize data and analytics tools to monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure product listings meet platform requirements, and all content is accurate and up to date.

Monitor product reviews and ratings to maintain a high-quality image. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance, sales trends, and other relevant metrics for management review. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s or above in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in the pet food or FMCG industry. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, web development, and digital marketing. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
