About the job
We are looking for an assistant admin manager who can manage and fulfill all administrative requirements for the corporate office and travel desk.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for setting up Reception, Canteen, Housekeeping, Security, Technical team, Logistics, and Safety, CCTV and other facilities & Head Office.
Coordinating seating arrangements for staff.
Coordinating repairs & maintenance of assets at corporate level.
Coordinating the AMC’s and renewal for Maintenance/ Housekeeping/ Security Cafeteria/ Transport/ Stationary/ Printer’s/ Xerox machines. Generating various MIS reports.
Verifying and auditing the vendor’s bills, utility bills (property tax, water bill, electricity, land line &lease; lines)
and ensuring timely payments.
Handling formalities for expat’s and also finalizing their accommodation.
Handling and organizing events.
Handling petty cash.
Coordinating with Heads and assisting them in their travel arrangments.
Handling Travel portal and travel claims.
Coordinating Day to Day admin related work.
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication in English / Local Languages
Minimum Graduate
Minimum 5 years of experience
Proven experience in Administration
Good Knowledge of local laws, rules and regulation
