Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Specialist at Crescent High School & Junior College, Pune. The IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, ensuring network security, and providing excellent customer service in relation to technology support. The IT Specialist will play a vital role in managing the school’s IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in network administration and information technology
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
• Word Press Experience
• Handling various official Websites.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments
• Experience in an educational institution is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
