Experience Required:

– Qualification: Bachelor’s degree | MBA (Good to have)
Key Skills:
– Good in MS Office
– Decent written and verbal communication skills
– Good Knowledge of particular area with food products
Purpose of the Role To lead the General Trade expansion for the respective geography
Key Responsibilities
– Handling the General trade activities in the particular Districts.
– Responsible for Primary – Secondary Sales, Product Launching,
– Responsible for Market coverage and Outlet Coverage
– Responsible for market Representation and Product availability
– Strengthening Distribution by increasing the maximum possible extent in
the assigned territory.
– Driving the basic distribution parameters such as Channel Partner
Management, Foot Plans, TSI productivity and Channel Satisfaction.
– Ensuring maximum branding and visibility in assigned territory and
capturing the retailers base to the maximum possible extent.
– Execute channel sales activities to meet monthly revenue targets.
– To educate the customers regarding company’s new launched products.
– To provide market feedback on competition, customer behavior and
response to our marketing mix.
– Responsible for achievement of revenue targets assigned to distributors.
– Develop and maintain a robust and highly productive distribution.
– To prospect and appoint new distributors to improve and strengthen the
infrastructure as per plan in a fixed time frame.
– Plan and co-ordinate activities prior to launch.
