What You’ll Do :

• Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, top management, and global counterparts to achieve business objectives across multiple projects.
• Establish synergies between various departments and personalities.
• Create and present regular reports to senior leadership, outlining the progress and outcomes of digital initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth progress.
• Evaluate existing processes and provide recommendations for improvement after gaining a deep understanding of the business, its people, and resources.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team of approximately 200-300 employees, including teams for digital operations, content operations, SEO, and SEM.
• Collaborate with global team leads to set clear objectives and goals for team members, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and individual growth.
• Monitor team members’ performance, offering regular feedback and coaching to drive development and excellence.
• Conduct routine performance assessments and supervise team leads from various departments.
• Review financial information and plan operational budgets and costs to enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws, such as data protection regulations.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions.
• Handle contracts and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and address any issues or conflicts.
• Acknowledge and reward high-performance achievements.

What You’ll Have :

• At least 10 years of experience in Digital Operations, including 5-7 years of successfully leading teams in delivering high-quality, large-scale projects, preferably in high-traffic content-driven websites, eCommerce/internet, online media, or software companies.
• Strong project management skills and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining effective communication and attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset, with the capability to analyze and interpret digital performance metrics. Proficiency in working with extensive datasets to derive actionable insights that inform business decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of website structure, design, marketing strategies, and workflow models.
• Comfort with navigating ambiguity in new projects and markets, ensuring seamless operations.
