KPB Consultants Looking for UX Designer – Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD at Hyderabad Full Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience across digital products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, you will ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

– Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.

– Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.

– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.

– Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.

– Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.

– Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

– Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs during the development process.

– Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements :

– More than 5 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.

– Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI design projects.

– Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

– Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

– Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

– Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.

– Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.

– Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. (ref:hirist.com)
