Rta consulting is growing rapidly and expanding people experience, a unique team brought to life through innovation at rta consultingBy adding a passionate, customer-service oriented people experience coordinator, we will enable our start-up clients to effectively hire critical talent focused on creating positive experiences all-around, the coordinator will help move candidates through the full life cycle of their interview processThey will partner with the people experience specialist, recruiters, talent partners and our clients to update client software and applicant tracking systems, document management for client drives, and manage communication with the candidatesThis is an amazing opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, operational efficiency, customer service and people, and who wants to join a team of passionate talent acquisition professionals and learn from the best.
Things you will do:
Scheduling of candidates through the full recruitment cycle across multiple clients
Update client applicant tracking systems (ats) as needed with relevant email templates, scorecards, and candidate information
Communicate with candidates through multiple channels as an extension of our clients
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process
Partner with the people experience specialist and recruiters on developing and implementing the interview steps and preparing any relevant materials for the client
Support the people experience specialist on special projects primarily documentation for clients including but not limited to client sops, interview prompts, handling of ndas
Schedule necessary check-in meetings both internally and externally with clients
Support other ad-hoc projects for rta people experience team, as necessary
Qualifications:
Minimum completed high school diploma
2 years work experience in customer service or customer care
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
Ability to be discrete when dealing with sensitive information
Solid understanding of google suite, and microsoft 365
Ability to adapt and learn new technologies
Nice-to-have but not required
Experience with greenhouse, lever, or other applicant tracking systems
Experience in administrative support, scheduling & logistics, or recruiting/human resources
Coordination or calendar management experience
Graphic design skills, ability to make attractive, on-brand slide decks and candidate interview materials
