Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. As an IT Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support to end-users. You will be responsible for managing desktop computers and providing information technology support.
Qualifications
Experience- 4-11 yrs
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Desktop Computer and Information Technology support skills
- Help Desk Support experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- Experience with Remote Desktop Software, Active Directory, and Office 365,L1/L2 Support
