Function/ Department: Human ResourcesJOB PURPOSEResponsible for end-to-end management of Apprenticeship at Bajaj Finance Limited. The candidate will be responsible for working along with business to understand the requirement, facilitate sourcing, interviews, onboarding, training, performance, and absorption. Candidate will also be responsible for ensuring processing of payroll on-time, liaising with vendor for compliance, contract closure and exit.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES1.
