We are looking at the below expertise 1. Good understanding of sourcing ,screening & the entire Recruitment funnel 2. Experience in working with Recruitment portals, company job portals & HR policies 3.
Exposure to the Disability sector & understanding of different types of disability ( preferred but not mandatory) 4. Understanding of Job mapping & HR trends 5. Can deliver insights to senior leadership & stakeholders to promote Disability hiring 6. Identify suitable job opportunities within the firm & formulate strategy to increase the number of persons with disabilities 7. Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations througha deep understanding of return on investment. 8. Would handle the entire process end to end – job mapping, sourcing of candidates with Disabilities, facilitation of Interview, consulting on Disabilityhiring, defining best practices, sensitizing managers & any steps which will help in building a diverse workforce within the firm 9.
Be able to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to “profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation”rather than sell a role 10. Possess strong ability to screen interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications and prepare an ideal candidate slate withinan appropriate and consistent timeline 11. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management 12. conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interviewratios 13. Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process 14. Share and exchange information with all levels of management15.
Support and Drive Various employer branding initiatives16 Be able to evaluate ROI on efforts and course correct as required 17. Strong desire & Drive to solve social problems at scale 18. Strong presentation skills & Attention to detail 19. Be high energy, very articulate and self-starting, capable of working independently list endThis is a very demanding role requiring passion & drive for radically transforming the Disability sector.
