Anderson engineering is an employee-owned civil engineering firm with over 200 team membersWe are avid solutionarians who thrive on helping clients and communities succeedWe are looking for a marketing coordinator with rockstar graphic design skills to join our marketing/business development dream team! in this role you will be helping drive ae’s growth through brand recognition, business development support, and content creationYou will work on a variety of exciting projects, work with standard and new marketing platforms, use your creative brain often, advocate for our brand, celebrate our successes and have fun! we are looking for someone who craves variety in their work, can juggle multiple projects at once, enjoys working on a team and independently and has a passion for professional services marketing.

Travel: less than 15% of the time

Supervisor: marketing + business development director

What you will do:

Help standardize marketing processes and procedures to improve efficiency
Assist with the company marketing plan and regional marketing efforts
Create and design branded content for a variety of print and digital media
Internal communications coordination, design, and formatting
Website management
Brand champion + rebrand efforts
Social media marketing
Branded material ordering and vendor point of contact
Marketing campaigns
Facilitate professional photography
Support the director of marketing with client outreach
Support the proposal coordinator on rfq/p responses as needed
Assist in event planning as needed
Telecommuting may be an option

You will be a great fit if you:

Have a bachelor degree in marketing, graphic design, communications or similar
Have a lot or some architecture, engineering, and construction industry knowledge
Are proficient in microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint
Are familiar with google workspace
Are a technical expert in indesign, illustrator, photoshop, and premiere pro
Have dabbled in mailchimp, constant contact, or similar
Are comfortable with wordpress or similar
Approach design with creativity and discipline
Have a love for processes, proofing and error-checking.
Enjoy taking initiative and are self-motivated
Understand analytics that translate marketing kpis
Enjoy task driven work and checking things off the list
Are respectful of others
Are not afraid to ask questions
Have a love for trying new things
Enjoy continued learning
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Can take direction and criticism from others well
Take ownership of your role and assignments
Enjoy teleworking and communicating through various forms of digital platforms
