Based on TNA, Design and conduct training programs that will prepare employees / graduates for the next step of their career paths in accordance to SQF & Defined Outcomes
Work with Experts and Technologist in building POC on emerging technologies
Assist the HR department on recruitment of trainers
Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new trainers
Make other training schedules
Build quarterly and annual training calendar
Track employee/graduate success and progress
Manage the production of program marketing material in
collaboration with marketing team
